Claim funds from my suspended Basic account
GCash accounts that are not verified within 12 months of registration will be (1) restricted and (2) charged a monthly Basic Account Maintenance Fee.
If your account was suspended, there are 2 ways to access your funds:
- Verify your current account
- Create a new GCash account and request to transfer your funds
