I don’t want to receive SMS of GCash offers and promos

You can turn off GCash marketing messages sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

To opt out, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your GCash account.
2. Tap Profile > Privacy Choices.

3. Under Sharing Preferences, tap Manage Notifications.

   

4. Tap the toggle beside Email or SMS.

   

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to turn the setting off.
