Bills payment not posted or failed
If your payment didn’t reflect or wasn’t confirmed by your biller, follow these steps.
Step 1: Check if your wallet was deducted
Check if there was a change in your GCash balance. If no change, your payment was not processed. Try paying again.
If your wallet was deducted, that means GCash is processing your payment. Go to step 2.
Step 2: Check the posting period
The posting period is when your biller officially records your payment. Not all billers have real-time or same-day posting. It can take a few hours or days.
Check your biller’s posting period here or at the top of the bills payment page.
Step 3: Check for a refund after the posting period
If our system confirms your payment failed, the amount will be refunded.
Check your transactions if you got the refund.
If none, contact the partner biller directly.

If your payment is still not reflecting after confirming the steps above, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Select your bills payment
- Tap Get Help > "My payment hasn’t been posted."
