Incorrect details in bills payment
If you entered the wrong account number, amount, or biller in your bills payment:

Check if your GCash wallet was deducted.
- If no deduction, your payment did not push through. You can try paying again.
- If yes, go to the next step.

Contact your biller directly.
- Requests and refunds depend on them.
If you still need help after contacting them, you can reach our support team on the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Select your bills payment
- Tap Get Help > “I entered the wrong details.”
Note that refunds are not guaranteed and depend on your biller’s approval.
Tip: Save your favorite billers so you don’t have to add your info each time you pay bills!
