Multiple charges for bills payment
If you’re charged more than once, contact your biller directly if they can apply the extra payment to your next bill.
If you still have questions, contact our support team on the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Select your bills payment
- Tap Get Help > “I was charged more than once for my transaction”
Our team will help check on your concern. Note that refunds are not guaranteed and depend on your biller’s approval.
