Note:
Gaming vouchers in GLoad are currently unavailable. You can still purchase them directly from your gaming apps using GCash Online Payments.
Your load is usually sent right away. If you don’t receive it, don’t buy again yet.
Before you proceed
Check the following:
- The mobile number you entered is correct.
- The payment appears under Transactions.
If there’s an issue with your load purchase, you’ll be automatically refunded within 2 days.

Contact GCash Support through the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions.
- Select your load payment.
- Tap Get Help > I didn’t receive the load that I bought.
- Follow the instructions to submit your concern.
File a ticket through the GlobeOne app for faster assistance:

Select the mobile number you want to have checked.

Select Load, promos and rewards concern.
- Follow the instructions to submit your ticket.
