Load not received

Your load is usually sent right away. If you don’t get your load, do not buy right away. Check if:

1. The mobile number you entered is correct.
2. The payment appears on your Transactions.

If there’s an issue, you’ll be auto-refunded in 2 days. For more help, you can contact support on the GCash app:

1. Go to Transactions
2. Select your load payment
3. Tap Get Help > “I didn’t receive the load that I bought”
