Load not received
Note:
Gaming vouchers in GLoad are currently unavailable. You can still purchase them directly from your gaming apps using GCash Online Payments.
Your load is usually sent right away. If you don’t get your load, do not buy right away. Check if:
- The mobile number you entered is correct.
- The payment appears on your Transactions.
If there’s an issue, you’ll be auto-refunded in 2 days. For more help, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Select your load payment
- Tap Get Help > “I didn’t receive the load that I bought”
