DoubleSafe is a GCash security feature that uses selfie scans to keep your account safe from unauthorized access.

Before you take your selfie scan, make sure to:

• Take your photo in a well-lit room.
• Do not cover your face and make sure you are easy to recognize.
• Make sure no one else is in the background.
• Wear proper attire.

For your security, if the selfie scan fails 5 times, your account will be locked for 24 hours.
