How to cash in to my bank via Instapay Cash In

Before you cash in

• InstaPay Cash In lets you add money to your GCash account without leaving the app. Just log in using your bank account, link it, and top up your GCash.
• GCash cash-in fees under InstaPay stay the same. But some banks may change their own fees. Check with your bank for their current fees.
• Check your Wallet and Transaction limits. InstaPay Cash In has a limit of PHP 50,000 per transaction
• Make sure your bank account is linked to GCash

How to cash in via Instapay

1. On the GCash app, tap View All.
2. Tap Cash In > Local Banks.
3. Select BPI or UnionBank.

4. Enter the amount, then tap Next.

   

5. Follow the steps on the partner bank’s webpage to complete your cash in.

Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation through push notification and email. Your balance will update right away.

If the cash in fails, the total amount, plus fees, will be sent back to your bank account.
