How to link your bank to GCash with InstaPay Cash In
Note:
Starting February 2, 2026, UnionBank Cash In will switch to InstaPay per BSP regulations. To keep using it, relink your account: Tap Cash In > Local Banks > Link Bank Account > Select UnionBank.
Before you start
- You need:
- A Fully Verified GCash account
- An active bank account (deposit/savings/checking)
- Max limit: PHP 50,000 per transaction
- Link only ONE account per bank at a time. To link a different account from the same bank, unlink the first one.
- Linking your bank may raise your GCash wallet limit to PHP 500,000. Learn more here.
How to Link Your Bank Account
Supported Banks: BPI, UnionBank, AllBank (ALB), ChinaBank (CBC)
- Tap Cash In
- Tap Local Banks, then pick your bank
- Tap Link Now
- Log in with your Online Banking User ID and Password
- Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your phone
- You'll see a confirmation page once linked
