RCBC Scan to Withdraw did not dispense cash or wrong amount from ATM

Kung na-scan mo na ang QR code pero walang lumabas na cash sa ATM, don't worry. Mababalik ang amount sa GCash wallet mo within 2 business days after i-confirm ni RCBC na failed yung withdrawal.

Sa ibang cases, kino-confirm ni RCBC na successful ang withdrawal at kailangan pang i-review ulit yung case. Ang process na ito ay aabot ng 10-12 banking days.
