Hindi nag-reflect ang buy order ko sa GBonds account
Kapag hindi nagre-reflect yung Buy Order mo sa GBonds:
- I-check kung may sapat na balance ka.
- I-check yung status sa GBonds Transaction History.
Kung failed yung buy dahil sa system error, hindi magbabago yung GBonds account mo. Pwede mo siyang i-try ulit.
Kung successful naman yung buy, mako-complete lang yung order kapag na-issue na yung bond. Makikita mo yung issue date sa bond details.
Kung nag-fail yung Buy Order mo pero nabawasan ka ng pera, o kung successful pero hindi na-process yung bonds, click here to contact support. Magre-reach out sa’yo ang team namin within 1–2 business days.
