Cash in via Online Bank Apps
You may cash in to GCash via your bank’s InstaPay or PESONet service. Transaction fees and other limits may vary per bank. Visit your bank’s website to learn more.
To learn how to cash in through your bank, follow the steps below:
- On the GCash homepage, tap Cash In
- Select Online Banks
- Under Partner Banks, select your bank
- View the instructions on how to cash in via your bank

The cash in transaction may take some time depending on your cash in method. Rest assured your funds are safe with us and you will receive a notification once this has been completed. Verify if your Cash In transaction was successful:
- Check your network signal and make sure you have a stable connection
- Check if you received an SMS confirmation from GCash
- Check your GCash Transaction History or App Inbox
- Check if you entered the correct mobile number
- Check if you entered the correct OTP. You have 3 attempts, after which, you will be asked to wait 5 minutes to try again
- If you used PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram, please double-check that the reference number was correct
- If you followed the steps above, but still haven't received your Cash In funds, submit a ticket.
It would be best if you reach out to the wrong recipient of the funds to ask for the money back.
Based on policy, we can only accommodate wrong cash-in reversal requests if the recipient is not a GCash user, or if only one digit is wrong and the wrong recipient has not used or withdrawn the money. If your concern falls under these cases, submit a ticket here. Other reasons may not be accommodated.
