You can pay your GLoan Negosyo dues through the GLoan Negosyo dashboard or through our payment partners.
How to pay your GLoan Negosyo dues

- Log in to your GCash for Business account.
- Tap GLoan Negosyo.
- Select your active loan > tap Pay Now.
- Confirm the amount due.
- Tap Pay with Merchant Wallet to complete payment.
- On the GCash app > tap GBills.
- Search for Fuse Financing Inc.
- Enter your GLoan Negosyo Loan Account ID as the Reference Number.
- Complete the payment.
BPI and Metrobank
- Choose Fuse Financing Inc. as the biller.
- Enter your GLoan Negosyo Loan Account ID as the Reference Number.
- Complete the payment.
Note: Payments made through the GCash app or over-the-counter partners are posted within 1–3 business days.
FAQs
Both authorized and non-authorized representatives can pay, as long as they can access the GLoan Negosyo dashboard, and the merchant wallet has enough funds.
Log in to your GCash for Business account and go to the GLoan Negosyo tab. Your next due dates are shown on the GLoan Negosyo Dashboard, and you’ll also get email reminders before each due.
Log in to your GCash for Business account and go to the GLoan Negosyo tab. Your current loan balance is shown on the GLoan Negosyo Dashboard.
- Check your loan status: Review your account to see if you have an outstanding or past-due loan.
- Automatic collection: GLoan Negosyo automatically deducts the amount due from your wallet balance on your due date.
- Insufficient funds: If you do not have enough funds on your due date, the system will continue deducting payments as soon as funds become available in your merchant wallet until the loan is fully paid.
If there are insufficient funds in your GCash for Business Merchant Wallet at the time of auto-deduction, all incoming transactions to your wallet will be used to pay the remaining amount due until all dues are fully paid.
To settle any remaining dues on your due date, funds received through the following transaction types will be automatically deducted:
- GCash for Business Merchant Wallet fund transfers
- QR incoming payments
- Visa and Mastercard incoming payments
We will automatically deduct the monthly amount due from your GCash for Business Merchant Wallet if you fail to repay the loan on the due date. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of around 1% to 5% of the Scheduled Principal Amount Due for each missed due date.
This may be due to system maintenance, a temporary system error, or low wallet balance.
Before trying again:
- Check that your merchant wallet has enough funds.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Check your GLoan Negosyo Dashboard to confirm no payment was already posted.
If payment still fails, please pay through the GCash app via Pay Bills, or through BPI or Metrobank. Please enter your Loan Account ID as the Reference Number when repaying your loan.
Please wait for the normal posting time, especially for offline partner payments (up to 1-3 business days).
If it’s still not reflecting, please contact merchantsupport@gcash.com with your loan account number, amount, date, and where you paid. Our team will reach out to you within 1–2 business days.
Check your GLoan Negosyo transaction history to make sure your payment is successful and posted on or before your due date.

No refund will be issued. Any extra amount will be used as an advance payment for your next due.
