What is GBayanihan?
GBayanihan is a donation platform in the GCash app where you can support over 27 trusted NGO partners and charitable causes.
- Open the GCash app > tap View All.
- Scroll down and tap GBayanihan.
- Choose from the list of NGOs you can support.
- Find a cause.
- Choose an NGO.
- Tap “Give Support” > enter your donation amount.
- Tap Next > Confirm after reviewing your donation details.
There is no set donation limit. You just need enough GCash balance.
To join GBayanihan, an NGO must have:
- A valid PCNC certification
- A current DSWD Public Solicitation permit
Note: If your NGO is exempt from either requirement, submit official proof of exemption and its legal basis for GCash review and approval. GCash is also waiting for the IRR for Executive Order No. 117 before updating related requirements.
You can also view the full list of NGOs partnered with GCash and their permits.
Once onboarded, your NGO will appear in the GBayanihan dashboard under View All > Pay > GBayanihan and will be grouped under the relevant categories.
If your NGO has a valid PCNC Certification and DSWD Public Solicitation Permit, email advocacy@gcash.com and state that you are applying for GBayanihan.
Please prepare digital copies of your PCNC Certification and DSWD Public Solicitation Permit for initial vetting.

If your payment failed, it may be due to weak internet or a double payment. Check your GCash wallet and Transaction History for a refund. Some billers may send the money back automatically.
