Change GBonds account information

Before you change your GBonds account info, make sure your GCash profile is correct and updated. Your GBonds details follow your GCash profile.

Step 1: Update your GCash profile

1. Go to Profile > tap your name.
2. Tap Update Account Information > Update Your Profile.
3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your GCash number > tap Next.
4. Follow the steps and fill in the needed details.

Your GCash profile will be updated in up to 3 days. You will get an SMS once it is done.

Step 2: Prepare the GBonds requirements

After your GCash profile is updated, prepare:

• The correct form based on what you want to change:
  • Letter of Instruction – Mobile Number Update
  • Letter of Instruction – Email Address Update
• If you change your mobile number, your new number must be Fully Verified.
• One valid ID

Note: The Letter of Instruction and valid ID are needed by the Bureau of the Treasury PH to update your GBonds account.

Step 3: Request to update your GBonds account

• Make sure your form is complete and your valid ID is ready.
• Submit your request here and attach the form and ID to update your GBonds account info.
