Delete GBonds account

Closing your GBonds account is final. Once it is closed, you cannot reopen it and you will lose access to all data and money in it.

To close your GBonds account:

1. Make sure your GBonds balance is zero: Sell all your bonds and withdraw all money from your GBonds account to your GCash wallet.
2. Check if all transactions are done: After selling, check your GCash App Inbox or GBonds Transaction History to confirm your transactions are complete.
3. Request account closure
   • Fill out the GBonds Account Closure Request Form.
   • Once filled out, click here to contact support and attach the form.
   • Our team will work with our partner to close your account. This may take up to 30 days to finish.
