If you can't open a GBonds account, check these first:

• You are 18 years old or older
• Your GCash is Fully Verified
• Your email is verified (check your GCash email)
• Your GCash info was updated in the last 3 years
• You are not living in the US
• You have only one GBonds account

After you sign up, it can take 1 business day to review your application. Check your email for updates.

If you meet all the rules but still can’t open a GBonds account, or you still have no update, click here to contact support. Our team will reach out to you within 1–2 business days.
