Watch Pay payment not received
If your Watch Pay transaction wasn’t received by the merchant, confirm if it pushed through:
- Check your transaction history.
- Check if your wallet was deducted.
If you still need help, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Go to Transactions
- Select your QR payment
- Tap Get Help > “Merchant didn’t receive this payment”
