RCBC Scan to Withdraw error
If you see an error with cardless withdrawal/ RCBC Scan to Withdraw, here's what to do depending on the error:
Your QR code has expired
QR codes expire after 5 minutes. Generate a new code and scan it again at the ATM. Make sure to use your QRs as soon as you create it.
You have reached the maximum codes generated
You will only be allowed to generate up to 3 unused QRs per day.
If you've hit the limit, you can withdraw again starting 12:00 AM the next day.
Meanwhile, you can:
- Cash out at GCash Partner Outlets
- Use your GCash Card at other BancNet ATMs
Your QR code is invalid
Only QR codes from the GCash app's RCBC Scan to Withdraw page work at RCBC ATMs. Generate a new code.
How to generate a cash out QR code:
- Tap View All Services on your GCash App
- Select Cash Out
- Tap RCBC Scan to Withdraw
- Select Generate QR Code
- Enter amount and tap Next
- Review details and tap Proceed
- Your QR code will appear
