RCBC Scan to Withdraw did not dispense cash or wrong amount from ATM

If you scanned the QR code but no cash came out of the ATM, don't worry. You'll get a refund in your GCash wallet within 2 business days after RCBC confirms the failed withdrawal.

In rare cases, RCBC may confirm the withdrawal was successful. If you don't receive a refund after 2 banking days, this case needs to be further reviewed. This takes 10-12 banking days.
