How to cash out with RCBC Scan to Withdraw

Scan to Withdraw lets you get cash from select RCBC ATMs without a card—just use your GCash app.

Before you start

You must be a Fully Verified GCash user
Your wallet needs enough balance for withdrawal + PHP 18 service fee
Minimum withdrawal: PHP 100 per transaction
Maximum withdrawal: PHP 5,000 per transaction

How to Withdraw Cash

Before you withdraw, take note:

You should be near the ATM before generating your QR code
You cannot screenshot the QR code.
Each QR code expires in 5 minutes
For security: If you create 3 unused QR codes in one day, you'll be temporarily blocked from making new ones

Step 1: Create Your QR Code

Open GCash and tap View All Services
Select Cash Out
Tap RCBC Scan to Withdraw
Tap Generate QR Code

Enter amount and tap Next
Review details and tap Proceed

Note: The withdrawal amount + PHP 18 fee is deducted immediately. If the transaction fails, funds will be returned to your wallet within 10 minutes.
