Delete or close your child’s GCash Jr. account
To delete a GCash Jr. account, please note:
- Only the parent who signed up the account can delete it. If that parent is not around (deceased or absent), the request may come from:
- The other parent
- A legal guardian
- A grandparent
- A sibling (age 21+)
- Child’s custodian (age 21+).
- Once deleted, the GCash Jr. account can’t be accessed. Your data will be deleted after 5 years, as required by the law (R.A. 9160).
Steps to delete GCash Jr.
- Make sure the GCash Jr. account is Fully Verified and have PHP 0.
- Prepare these documents:
- Child’s valid ID
- Your own valid ID
- Submit the request to delete your child’s account and include the requirements above
