I already paid my GLoan but it’s not reflecting yet. What should I do?
If you’ve paid your GLoan but it hasn’t been updated in your account, here’s what you can do:
- Open your GCash app and go to Borrow > GLoan.
- Tap on your loan account.
- Check your GLoan dashboard for any issues with your account.
- You can also check your GCash transaction history if the payment was successful
Please be reminded that the payment processing time depends on how you paid:
- Pay Bills: 3 business days
- GLoan dashboard: Instant confirmation
- Payment partners: 1 business day
Need help with your GLoan payment? Start by selecting the method you used to pay.
If your payment was successful but hasn't reflected after the 3 business days (NOT including holidays)
- Open your GCash app and tap Transactions
- Select the GLoan payment transaction that did not reflect
- Tap Need Help? > My payment hasn’t been posted.
- Enter Fuse Financing Inc. as the biller.
- Tap Submit.
A representative will contact you within 1–2 business days.
If your payment was successful but hasn't reflected.
- Open your GCash and tap "Transactions"
- Select the GLoan payment transaction that did not reflect
- Tap Need Help? > This payment didn’t reflect in my GLoan account.
- Tap Submit.
A representative will contact you within 1–2 business days.
If your payment was successful and it has been more than 1 business days (NOT including holidays), but it’s not reflecting, please click here to ask for help and upload receipt or the screenshot of bank in-app payment.
A customer representative will get in touch with you within 1–2 business days.
