GLoan monthly payment not reflecting
If you paid your GLoan but it’s not showing in your account:
- Open GCash app
- Go to Borrow > GLoan
- Tap your loan account
- Check your payment page if it pushed through.
Your payment will only show after it’s processed. The time depends on how you paid:
- Pay Bills: 3 business days
- GLoan dashboard: Instant confirmation
- Payment partners: 1 business day

Choose your payment method:
If your payment was successful but didn’t reflect after 3 business days (not counting weekends or holidays), you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Select the GLoan payment that didn’t reflect
- Tap Get Help > “My payment hasn’t been posted”
- Enter Fuse Financing Inc. as the biller.
- Tap Submit.

If your payment was successful but didn’t reflect, you can contact support on the GCash app:
- Tap Transactions
- Select the GLoan payment that didn’t reflect
- Tap Get Help > This payment didn’t reflect in my GLoan account.
- Tap Submit.
