What is Subscription Center?
Subscription Center is a feature in the GCash app that lets you see which apps, websites, and merchants are linked to your account for payments. You can view and manage them in one place without opening each app or website.

How to view linked accounts
To see which merchants can auto-charge from your wallet:
- Log in to your GCash app.

Tap Profile > Subscription Center.

Review the list of linked apps, websites, and merchants.
How to unlink a merchant
If you see a subscription you no longer need, or you want a merchant to stop auto-charging your account:
- Open the GCash app and tap Profile > Subscription Center.

Select the merchant you want to remove, then tap Unlink.

Review the details, then tap Unlink.
You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an in-app message and SMS once the merchant has been unlinked from your GCash account.

Try these steps:
- Update your GCash app.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the GCash app.
- Restart your phone.
For Android, clear the GCash app cache: Settings > Apps/App Manager > GCash > Storage > Clear Cache.
For iPhone, make sure your device runs on iOS 14 or later.

- Check the Expired tab in GCash Subscription Center.
- If you can’t find it there, check the Active tab for a Google or Apple merchant.
- For a Google merchant, check Google Play Store. For an Apple merchant, check Apple App Store.
Still can’t find or unlink the merchant? Please log in to the GCash app, tap Help, then tap Chat with Gigi.
If the merchant name, last linked date, expiry date, or other details are wrong, please log in to the GCash app, tap Help, then tap Chat with Gigi.
Some merchants are still updating their systems. Because of this:
- The merchant may still appear in GCash Subscription Center after you unlink it from the merchant app.
- GCash may still appear as a payment method in the merchant app after you unlink the merchant from GCash Subscription Center.
Payments made after unlinking will not go through and will show an error. We’re working with our merchant partners to fix this.
To link your account again, open the merchant’s app or website and choose GCash as your payment method.
Important reminder:
When you unlink a merchant, they can no longer charge your GCash account for future payments or subscriptions. This only removes GCash as your payment method. It does not close your account with the merchant.
If you have questions about past charges or refunds, review the merchant’s refund policy or contact them directly.
