Report unrecognized payment or subscription
Note:
GCash can only check your transaction or unlink your account. Refund requests are handled by the merchant. Contact the merchant directly for refunds or order concerns.
If you see a charge you don’t recognize, it may be:
- A subscription you forgot about
- A free trial that renewed
- A payment made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
What you can do
If the charge came from a subscription or linked merchant:
- Learn how to unsubscribe or unlink GCash from another app.
- Check your linked accounts in Subscription Center.
