Withdraw from your GCrypto Trading Wallet

Note:

From September 3 to 10, 2024, trading, deposits, and withdrawals for tokens on the Polygon network (MATIC, USDTMATIC, and WETHMATIC) will be disabled. This is in line with the upcoming MATIC to POL technical upgrade.

Withdraw from your GCrypto Trading Wallet easily without exceeding your GCash Wallet and Transaction Limits or GCrypto Trading Wallet Limits. Confirm your withdrawal in the GCash App Inbox and Transaction History.

  1. On the GCrypto dashboard, tap Withdraw
  2. Enter your desired amount and tap Continue
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your GCash registered number and tap Submit
  4. You will now see the confirmation screen of your successful withdrawal from your GCrypto Trading Wallet

To validate your GCrypto withdrawal transactions, please have a look at your GCash App Inbox and GCash Transaction History.
