My GCash account is still not verified after 3 days. What do I do?

We aim to review applications within 3 days. If it’s been more than 3 days and you haven’t received any update about your verification, please check your profile in-app if you need to submit more documents:

• Open your GCash app and go to Profile > Verify Now > Continue Verification.
• Send the additional documents that were requested within 10 days
• Once you’ve submitted your additional documents, please expect a response from us within the next 4 days
