How can I withdraw from my GSave by CIMB account?
To withdraw funds from your GSave by CIMB account to your GCash wallet, follow these steps:
- On your GSave by CIMB dashboard, select Withdraw.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw > Next.
- Check the amount > Confirm.

Enter the 6-digit authentication code sent to your registered email address.
Note: Starting July 15, 2026, OTPs will be sent only to your registered email address. To avoid issues receiving your OTP, make sure your email address in GCash and CIMB Bank PH is the same.
- Tap Submit.
Funds will be credited to your GCash Wallet from your GSave by CIMB account in real time.
You may withdraw from GSave by CIMB to your GCash account even if it will exceed your wallet or incoming limits. The standard GCash limits apply when you use other features and services.
