Wrong bank transfer to GCash or cash in
If you sent money from your bank or e-wallet to the wrong GCash account, contact your bank or e-wallet right away. Each provider has its own refund policy.
What to do:
- Get your transaction receipt or confirmation.
- Contact your bank or e-wallet directly to request a refund.
- Your issuing bank or e-wallet will coordinate with GCash.
- Wait for their update. Refund processing time depends on their investigation.
Note: GCash cannot initiate the refund without coordination from your issuing bank or e-wallet.
