Can't create a GTourist account

Ensure the following when applying for a GTourist account:

1. You're using a non-Philippine number or SIM.
2. You are at least 18 years old.
3. GTourist works in your country. Not all countries are supported at the moment.
4. Details you entered in the app match your passport.
