Buy order not reflected on GBonds
If your GBonds Buy Order is not showing:
- Check if you have enough balance.
- Check the status in GBonds Transaction History.
If the buy failed because of a system error, your GBonds account will not change. You can try again.
If the buy was successful, the order is only completed when the bond is issued. You can see the issue date in the bond details.
If your Buy Order failed but money was taken, or it was successful but the bonds were not processed, click here to contact support. Our team will reach out to you within 1–2 business days.
