Can't transfer from GCash to bank
If you see an error when doing a bank transfer, tap the message and follow the steps:
GCash is checking for possible duplicate transfers. Wait 2 minutes, then check your Transactions page before trying again.
Check your internet or mobile signal, then try the transaction again from the start.
This is a GCash security check. Wait at least 1 hour before trying again.
If you still can’t use bank transfer, click here to contact support and attach a screenshot of the error. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
Note: If your bank transfer fails, the full amount (including fees) will go back to your GCash wallet.
