GCredit monthly payment not reflecting
Kung nabayaran mo na ang GCredit mo pero hindi pa rin siya nagre-reflect, i-check muna ang usual processing time ng payment method na ginamit mo.
Kung successful ang payment mo pero hindi pa rin nagre-reflect after 3 business days (excluding holidays), pwede kang mag-contact ng support sa GCash app:
- Tap Transactions.
- Piliin ang GCredit payment na hindi nag-reflect.
- Tap Get Help > My payment hasn’t been posted.
- I-enter ang Fuse Financing Inc. as the biller.
- Tap Submit.
Magre-reach out ang team namin within 1–2 business days.
Kung successful ang GCredit payment mo pero hindi pa rin nagre-reflect, pwede kang mag-contact ng support sa GCash app:
- Tap Transactions.
- Piliin ang GCredit payment na hindi nag-reflect.
- Tap Get Help > This payment didn’t reflect in my GCredit account > Submit.
Magre-reach out ang team namin within 1–2 business days.
Kung successful ang payment mo at lumagpas na ang more than 1 business day (excluding holidays) pero hindi pa rin nagre-reflect, i-click ang payment partner na ginamit mo para makakuha ng tulong:
