Multiple charges for load payment
Kung na-charge ka ng more than once, pwede itong dahil sa:
- System downtime: Kapag may error, automatic kang mare-refund within 2 business days. Makakatanggap ka ng SMS kapag tapos na.
- Double purchases: Kapag confirmed na, hindi na namin mare-refund. I-check ang tips sa baba para sa next time na bibili ka ng load.

- After buying, wait up to 5 minutes para ma-process.
- Make sure na stable ang internet mo bago bumili.
