How to cash in through over-the-counter (OTC)

Get FREE cash-ins up to PHP 8,000 each month via GCash's Over-the-Counter (OTC) partners. Cash-ins over PHP 8,000 have a 2% fee. Your limit resets on the first day each month.

How to cash in:

1. On the GCash app, tap Cash In
2. Tap Over-the-Counter
3. Pick your cash-in type
4. Choose a partner to see the steps
5. Save your receipt as proof

Check your limit: Go to Cash In > Over-the-Counter. A note shows when you are near your PHP 8,000 free limit to help you avoid extra fees.
