GLoan Interest & Fees

GLoan interest fees will range between 1.59% - 6.57% per month, depending on your eligibility and loan amount.

A one-time processing fee equal to 3% of your total loan amount will be charged. This will be deducted from the total loan amount that you will receive.

In case of late payment, the following late payment fee will apply accordingly:

• Any due dates on or beyond Aug 9, 2023, even for a GLoan that was availed of prior to Aug 9, 2023, will incur a late payment fee of 1% of your loan amount for each unpaid installment, plus 0.15% of your total outstanding principal balance that will be charged daily until you pay off your dues.
• All missed due dates prior to Aug 9, 2023 that remain unpaid will retain the old penalty structure of a fixed PHP 100 fee with a variable 0.15% of the outstanding principal balance per day missed.

You may view your dashboard for a breakdown of your monthly payments and penalty fees to be paid.

GLoan Interest Cashback  

You are entitled to receive interest cashback if you fully pay off your loan at least one (1) month before your last installment's due date in GLoan. If you qualified for interest cashback, you will receive it within 14 business days after full payment. An SMS notification will be sent after the interest cashback has been successfully added to your GCash account.

If you are qualified but haven't received your interest cashback after 14 business days, submit a ticket and include the date of loan payment, amount, and loan account number so that we can assist you.
