Get a voucher when you shop at participating home and appliance stores and pay with GCash.

Promo period

• August 1 to October 31, 2026 
  • Imperial Appliance, DES Marketing, Citi Hardware, and EMCOR
• September 1 to October 31, 2026
  •  Mr. DIY

Who can join

You can join if you are:

• a fully verified GCash user
• at least 18 years old at the time of transaction

Where you can use the promo

Valid at participating physical store branches nationwide of:

• Imperial Appliance
• DES Marketing
• Citi Hardware
• EMCOR
•  Mr. DIY

How to qualify

Pay using any of these eligible GCash payment methods:

• Scan to Pay using:
  • GCash wallet balance
  • GCredit
  • GGives
• Barcode scan or Generate QR
• Tap to Pay
• GCash Card
   

Note:

• Partial payments are allowed, but your GCash payment must still meet the merchant’s minimum spend.
• The required spend must be met in one transaction only. Multiple receipts cannot be combined.

Merchant mechanics

Note: All store items are included as long as your transaction meets the minimum spend requirement. Each qualified shopper can receive a maximum of two reward sets for the whole promo period.

How you’ll receive your voucher

• If you pay via Scan to Pay, claim the voucher on the in-app receipt page right after your transaction. Once claimed, it will be added instantly to your Voucher Pocket.
• If you pay via GCash Card, Barcode, Tap to Pay, GCredit, or GGives, no action is needed. Your voucher will be automatically credited within 14 days from the transaction date.

You’ll be notified once your voucher is credited:

• Scan to Pay users will see it right away in Voucher Pocket after claiming
• users of other eligible payment methods will receive an SMS once the voucher is seeded

How to use your voucher

• The voucher can only be used for a future in-store purchase at the same merchant where it was earned
• Only 1 voucher can be used per transaction
• Check available vouchers in the GCash app under Voucher Pocket or My Vouchers
• Vouchers are valid until December 31, 2026

Important reminders

• Vouchers are digital only, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash or store credit.
• If 14 days have passed, or if you had trouble claiming through Scan to Pay, check the following first:
  • make sure you met the minimum spend and all promo requirements

  • check your GCash transaction history to confirm the payment was successful

    You will be disqualified if:

  • the transaction is refunded, cancelled, or returned
  • your account is blacklisted or found to have committed fraud or promo abuse
