Who can join
- All GCash users who purchase any type of load (mobile, broadband, gaming, cable TV, etc.) through the Buy Load feature in the GCash app are eligible.
- You can buy load for your own number or for someone else, as long as you complete 2 transactions in one month.
- You can only complete missions once per month, but you can join again the next month.
- Users who have accepted the terms and conditions can start earning prizes in Missions.
How to join
- Open the GCash app, tap the Load page, and tap the Buy Load Missions banner.
- Accept the terms and conditions to start earning prizes.
- Complete the provided missions using the Buy Load feature.
- After completing a mission, go to the Load page and tap the Missions banner.
- Tap Claim to receive your Game Credit voucher.
How to claim and use the voucher
- Go to the Load page, tap the Missions banner, and tap Claim to get your Game Credit voucher.
- You’ll be redirected to the Mobapay voucher page. Tap Use.
- You’ll be taken to the Mobapay top-up website in your browser. Enter your Mobile Legends account ID and server, select items that meet the minimum spend of PHP 300, and choose GCash as your payment method.
- You’ll be redirected to the GCash cashier page, where the Mobapay voucher will be automatically applied.

I can’t find or access the “Missions” page
You can access the “Missions” banner inside the Load page of the app. Make sure to accept the terms & conditions to start earning prizes.
If it’s not appearing, the Missions page might be undergoing a few fixes. Rest assured, any successful Buy Load transactions during the promo period will still be counted once it is back.
My load transaction is successful but wasn’t counted in the tracker
It may take a few minutes for your transaction to reflect. Try restarting your GCash app by closing and reopening the app.
