GCash My Linked Payments
Paying online with GCash is easy, but it can be hard to remember where your account is linked. This feature helps you see and manage all your automatic payments in one place.
What is My Linked Payments?
My Linked Payments is a feature in the GCash app that shows all apps and websites that use GCash as a payment method. You can quickly view and manage your subscriptions in one place without needing to open each app or site.
Key Benefits
- See Everything in One Place: View every app, website, and merchant linked to your GCash in one clear list.
- Unlink with One Tap: Remove your GCash from any merchant directly in the app. No need to open the merchant’s website.
- Protect Your Money: Stop unwanted auto-debits. Choose who can charge your account and block future recurring payments.
How to view linked accounts
To see which merchants can auto-debit from your wallet:
- Log in to your GCash app.
- Tap Profile > My Linked Payments.
- Review the list of linked apps, websites, and merchants.
How to unlink a merchant
If you see a subscription you no longer need, or you want a merchant to stop auto-charging your account:
- Open the GCash app and tap Profile > My Linked Payments.
- Select the merchant you want to remove, then tap Unlink.
- Review the details, then tap Unlink.
You’ll see a confirmation screen and receive an in-app message and SMS once the merchant has been unlinked from your GCash account.
Important reminder
When you unlink a merchant, they can no longer charge your GCash account for future payments or subscriptions. This only removes GCash as your payment method. It does not close your account with the merchant.
If you unlinked the merchant by mistake, you can simply relink your account the next time you use the merchant’s app or website and choose GCash as your payment method.
If you have questions about past charges or refunds, review the merchant’s refund policy or contact them directly.
