How to use Scan to Order

Scan to Order lets you view menus, order food, and pay with GCash. This is for Fully Verified users only.

How to Order:

1. Find the GCash QR code in the restaurant.
2. Scan it with your phone camera or the GCash app.
3. Browse the menu.
4. Choose your order and add to basket.
5. Enter your table number or choose Pickup.
6. Add a promo code or tip, if any.
7. Tap Pay.

You’ll get updates by push notification or SMS from Tablevibe.

Note: First-time users must link their GCash account to the Tablevibe mini-program.

Need more Help?

If your order is canceled, you’ll get a push notification and SMS. Your refund will go back to your GCash wallet within 2 business days.

For other issues, please talk to the restaurant staff. GCash only handles the payment, not the orders or refunds.
