Send load through GPO not received
If you sent load through GPO, it’s usually credited right away.
If you haven’t received your load, do not buy again. Check these first:
- The mobile number you entered is correct. If not, check here.
- Check your GCash Transaction History or App Inbox after a few minutes.
- Check with the GPO if there is an error on their machine. If yes, ask them for help. They should know how to troubleshoot those errors.
