What is the GCash Klook Card?

The GCash Klook Card Program (the “Program”) entitles eligible cardholders to exclusive discounts and promotions (“Offers”) provided by Klook.

1. Eligibility
   1. Any fully verified GCash account user and registered Klook user in good standing who has applied for the GCash Klook Card through authorized channels; and
   2. Any fully verified GCash account user who does not have an active GCash Card and has no pending or ongoing order for a GCash Card at the time of application.

2. Offer
   1. One (1) free Klook airport transfer voucher (maximum value PHP 1,000), one-time use;
   2. One (1) free Klook eSIM voucher (maximum value PHP 350), one-time use;
   3. One (1) free Klook hotel voucher (maximum value PHP 1,000, with a minimum spend of PHP 8,000), renewable annually;
   4. Five (5) uses of a 5% off voucher (maximum value PHP 500, with a minimum spend of PHP 5,000 per transaction), renewable annually; and
   5. Klook Rewards membership upgrade (automatic Gold status). 

3. Fulfilment of Offer
   1. The Offer will be made available to the Klook user within three (3) business days after the activation of the GCash Klook Card. For clarity, activation means linking the issued GCash Klook Card to the user’s GCash account.
   2. The Klook Rewards membership upgrade (automatic Gold status) shall be exclusively available to Klook members with Explorer membership status.

4. Other Terms and Conditions
   1. By applying for, using, or maintaining the GCash Klook Card and participating in this Program, the eligible Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that GCash may collect and disclose relevant personal data, including your GCash Klook Card account number and transaction details to Klook, solely for purposes related to the administration and fulfillment of this Program. Such processing and disclosure shall be carried out in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and GCash’s Porting Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice. GCash and Klook shall implement reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the Cardholder’s personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. 
   2. GCash reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time and to vary its terms and conditions upon sixty (60) days’ notice. Notice may be given in writing, by email, SMS, posting on the GCash website or other channels, or by any method GCash deems appropriate.
   3. GCash is not the supplier of the products or services offered under the Program. Any disputes related to the Offer must be resolved directly between the Cardholder and Klook.
   4. All questions or disputes regarding the Offer will be resolved by Klook.
   5. By availing of the GCash Klook Card, you signify your acceptance of: (a) the foregoing terms and conditions, (b) the terms and conditions for the use of the GCash Card as set out in the GCash Terms and Conditions, and (c) the Card Protect Terms. Free Card Protect coverage is not a matter of right and may be discontinued by GCash at any time, and GCash reserves the right to determine and set eligibility requirements for it.

I have an existing GCash Visa Card. Am I eligible to avail of the GCash Klook Travel Card? 

The GCash Klook Travel Card is currently for new GCash Visa card availers only. It will be available to existing GCash Visa Card holders in early 2026.

Is the GCash Klook Travel Card available to GCash Jr users? 

Yes, the GCash Klook Travel Card is available to GCash Jr users.

Why is the GCash Klook Travel Card only available for the first 10,000 new card availers? 

GCash and Klook are rolling this out in phases to refine and scale new innovations in the market.

How do I order the GCash Klook Travel Card?

Order the GCash Klook Travel Card via the Klook app:

1. Log in to your Klook account.
2. Search “GCash Klook Travel Card” and open the result.
3. Tap Order Now to go to the GCash app.
4. Log in to your GCash app.
5. On the card ordering page, review your details and T&Cs, then tap Confirm.
6. Pay the card fee.

Do I need to pay to order the GCash Klook Travel Card?

The promo one-time card issuance fee is PHP 250 for the first 10,000 availers.

Does this card have an annual fee?

There is NO annual fee for the GCash Klook Travel Card.

When will I receive my GCash Klook Travel Card after ordering?

Your GCash Klook Travel Card will arrive in 10–13 days with delivery updates via SMS.

When will I receive the Welcome Travel Pack and the Automatic Klook Rewards Gold Membership? 

You’ll receive your Welcome Travel Pack and automatic Klook Rewards Gold Membership within 3 business days after linking your card to your GCash wallet.

The Klook Rewards Gold Membership upgrade applies only to users with Explorer status at the time of card activation.

All Klook perks are issued only to the Klook account used to order the GCash Klook Travel Card.

How will I know if my Klook perks and benefits are available? 

• For Welcome Travel Pack vouchers: Go to Klook app > Account > Promo Codes.
