QR code error "Payment confirmation in progress"
If you see this error after you scanned a QR code, your transaction is being confirmed.
This can happen if there’s a delay with the merchant or payment system. The payment may not appear in your transactions right away while being checked.
What to do while waiting
- Take a screenshot of the error.
- Show the error to the merchant. They may confirm the payment or let you use another payment method.
- Check your transaction history or SMS confirmation for an "Adjustment" within 24 to 72 hours.

If you use your GCash Balance and you don’t receive an SMS or don’t see an adjustment after 72 hours, click here to contact support.
If you paid via GGives or GCredit, please expect the adjustment within 3 to 5 business days after merchant confirmation. You will not be charged interest for reversed payments. The amount will be returned to your credit limit and removed from your active loans.
