How to cancel autoload schedules

To cancel a scheduled load payment, follow these steps:

1. Open GCash.
2. Tap Load > Autoload.

3. Choose the schedule you want to cancel.
4. Tap the trash can icon in the upper right corner.

You can view your past and canceled autoload in your Autoload history.
