How to order from Food Hub
With Food Hub, you can order food, drinks, and more for delivery. Only Fully Verified users can use Food Hub.
Note: This is for orders made in Food Hub in the GCash app. If you ordered from another app like Grab or Foodpanda, please refer here .
To Order
Note: First-time users need to link their GCash account to the Tablevibe mini-program.

Open your GCash app, then tap Food Hub.

Choose your items, then tap Add to Basket.

Review your order, then tap Pay with GCash.

After paying, tap the Orders/History icon in the upper-right corner to view your past orders.
FAQs
Order tracking
- Use the tracking link sent via SMS/Viber, or:
- Open GCash app > Food Hub > clock icon (top right) > select your order.
Changes or cancellations

Open your order from the tracking link, or go to Food Hub > clock icon.
- Contact the restaurant using the contact details in your order.
Note:
- The restaurant must approve the cancellation of the order.
- If food is already being prepared, you may not be able to change or cancel.
- If cancelled, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method within 2 days.
- To check a cancelled transaction, tap the cancelled order you want to view.
- You can find the merchant’s contact number in your order details—contact them directly for any concern.
You’ll receive an SMS/Viber notification and a full refund to your original payment method within 2 days. You can place a new order with another restaurant.
Delivery issues

Track your order via the tracking link or Food Hub > clock icon.
- Contact the rider using the details shown.
- If the rider is unreachable, contact the restaurant.
If you still can’t get help, contact Tablevibe.
- Check nearby areas (doorstep, security, concierge, lobby).
- Contact the rider from the tracking page.

If the rider can’t be reached, contact the restaurant. You can find the restaurant’s contact information on your order confirmation page.
If you can’t reach both after several tries, contact Tablevibe.
- Contact the rider using the details in your order.
- If the rider doesn’t answer, contact the restaurant.
- If they don’t answer, try calling again. If you emailed the restaurant, wait 1–2 days for a reply.

Order quality issues

Open your order via the tracking link or Food Hub > clock icon.
- Contact the restaurant and explain the issue (attach photos if you can).
- The restaurant may offer a refund or replacement (minor cosmetic issues may not be covered).
Need more Help?
For any order issue, contact the merchant directly. GCash only handles payments, not orders or refunds.
If you’re having trouble contacting the restaurant:
- Get their contact details from your tracking link or Food Hub > clock icon.
- Call again, or wait 1–2 days if you emailed.
If there’s still no response from the merchant, email hello@tablevibe.co with your order number, restaurant name, and subject “Can’t reach the restaurant”.
