GCash can only check your transaction or unlink your account. Refund requests are handled by the merchant. You may reach out to them for this. Thanks for understanding!
If you see a charge you don't know, it may be from a subscription you forgot or a free trial that renewed. This can happen on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Here's what to do:
- Once the payment is done, contact the merchant directly for refunds. They handle refunds and order issues.
