Change GCrypto email and account information
Note:
You may see a message to update your info even if you’re Fully Verified. This is because BSP requires users to refresh their details to keep full access to GCash.
To change your details on GCrypto, follow these steps:
- Check that your GCash account is Fully Verified and updated.
- Make sure your GCash info matches the info you want to change in GCrypto. Click here to learn how to update your GCash info.
- Once your GCash info is updated, file a request to change your GCrypto info. Click here to contact support. Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.
