Delete GStocks PH account

Closing your GStocks PH account is permanent and cannot be undone. After it is closed, you will no longer access any account data or funds.

To close your account:

1. Make sure your GStocks PH balance is zero. 
   • Sell all remaining holdings, then wait for the money to transfer to your GCash Wallet.
   • Do not make new GStocks PH transactions while waiting.
   • Once the final amount shows in your GCash Wallet, continue.
2. When all sell orders are complete and your GStocks PH Wallet balance is zero, fill out the Account Closure form.
3. Click here to submit your request to close your account. Make sure to attach the form.
