Why was my GCredit account closed?

Your GCredit account may be closed if:

• You have unpaid dues for 3 months
• You are a foreign national (GCredit is for Filipino citizens only)
• You are over 64 years old

If your GCredit is permanently closed, you can’t use it for any future transactions.

You can still pay your remaining balance through GCash. GCash will notify you via SMS if your GCredit account is closed.
